To streamline field and office communications, Tomco Construction uses Procore, a construction management software. This platform assists both the Subcontractor and Tomco Management in providing timely responses during all project phases and invoice management. For our Subcontractors to benefit from this tool, Tomco has created this page dedicated to workflow transparency and commonly asked questions, ensuring all Subcontractors are as comfortable using Procore as we are.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tomco’s billing period is the 1st - 20th of each month.

  • Nope! No invite is necessary. The billing period is free-range from the 1st - to the 20th of each month.

  • Yes! At the bottom of your invoice page on Procore you will see a file attachment section. Please upload your documents in this section.

  • Interim and Final Lien Waivers are in your Subcontract or Task Order. If you need a copy of either waiver, please click here.

  • The most common problem with not being able to see your Tomco commitments is that you’re not listed as the invoicing contact. Please email kim@tomcoconstruction.com to fix this. To avoid this, we ask that we’re made aware of the invoicing point of contact during the contract signing.

  • You can request retainage release when you’re billed out at 100%. However, retainage is held until after the project is complete and owner-held retainage is released to us.
